Nobster has indeed ordered before me (only a few hours, but still, earlier). And the lack of information, and the rather unfathomable way of operating, has left a rather unpleasant taste in my mouth.
Last year:
-the ACO invoice was made the 7th of november
-my credit card charged the 20th
-invoice of the Tourist Office dated 3rd of december
This year:
-ACO invoice dated 9th of december
-and nothing charged from Credit Card yet
-no message whatsoever from the tourist office
If and when I'll go the Tourist Office route again in the future, I'll make sure to have some sort of back-up.
