Well basically its a two car series - good v evil depending on where you sit (Blue or Red). If Toyota or Mitsubishi want in then I would say no unless they, as suggested earlier in this thread, pay a massive licence fee. That fee should go to Ford and Holden and not TC in the hope that Ford and Holden stay racing. Any new manufacturer entrant should also have to pay for parity tests and ongoing parity tests. Basically if Red or Blue leave, the series is dead no matter how many other makes there are left.
I suspect that if it ever became more than a two make race series we might find V8Brutes becoming more popular than supercars. It might not be racing as we know it but it would be more interesting than watching camry magna V8s. To be honest I really enjoy the Brutes and I can see them moving on to bigger things.
