The Valkeyrie won’t save the company but it’s sold out and is a guaranteed earner for the company so that’s a good thing in the short term. The Valkeyrie will race regardless of Aston’s sales. The likes of R Motorsport don’t depend on Aston for sponsorship so they can go it alone if need be. Do you really think Aston is putting a cent into the R Motorsport DTM project? More like the other way around.

Very true, R Motorsport are just the biggest AM fan boys, so pursue these projects out of their own means, their cars always have good sponsorship
Funnily, the GT3 cars are usually sponsored by a local AM dealership
