Unfortunately no lottery win yet but I admit that me testing is very unusual! Its probably a one off as Mrs Andy97 is away at a conference and I can therefore get away with a whole weekend away myself. Whether "testing" is a strictly accurate phrase or whether I am just driving round is a moot point. I'll try not to be a mobile chicane!
As for "serious players" not wanting to risk their car in Mono, well, I understand, particularly as prize money is involved, but it is a shame that some aspects of club motorsport are considered to be so serious that an opportunity to race elsewhere is being turned down.
Other threads point to concerns that some grids are small, spectators are not getting vfm, its difficult to attract sponsors and other competitors etc so I am disappointed that an opportunity to pack a grid out is being missed.
Anyway, I understand from the FF1600 topic that there are only 10 "serious players" entered anyway (to date). Perhaps Dr P would like to make them join in with Mono until they can prove that they can sustain their own grids. LOL!
