Actually, they've devoting an enitre 1 hour 15 minutes to CART! (19-30 to 20-45 GMT on 24/02).
Progress eh?
Reasons that quality of coverage changes, rights. Rights change, become more expensive, other people get them, etc. BE hardly do an excellent job, far from it, but it's not all their fault!
