Satorian has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
I found out that the whole procedure can be streamlined a lot:

1. Change proxy in IE only
2. Open Windows Media Player, open URL: http://stream.rtl.nl/rtlevent
3. Get the DRM license, click Play, play the stream
4. Revert IE proxy setting
