Asa should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Maybe former Toyota F1 drivers will be considered? Mika Salo? Olivier Panis? Cristiano da Matta? Ricardo Zonta? Ralf Schumacher?

I think Panis will be very good choice, given that he is a renowned test driver. Toyota will need to do a lot of that.
