They had started on getting pay drivers for #13 as early as the start of 2012, you know people like Harold Primat. So before Lola started collapsing.
For 2014 they were gonna need brand new chassis regardless of whether Lola had still existed or not, and as for Toyota switch, it was mediocre and to my eyes largely unsupported anyway.
