Junior is doing fine in with the team he has. They are slowly develping into becoming a one of the best teams out their on the track, and they managed to do this despite losing one of their integral members. Although I say replace Waltrip with a better driver.
In the mean time Gordon can win a few more championships and that will be fine by me.
