Yes - not unexpected (as Martin Brundle said during the telecast, putting Albon in Sargeant's car was a "no brainer").
No doubt Logan isn't enjoying the situation but it appears that he's taking a team-first approach and as Albon has been demonstrably faster over an extended period of time, the move makes sense.
Might not pay off as we all know - Albon crashed heavily at the same corner last year (maybe he needs to assess how he approaches that section of track?) and it would be a great shame for the team and Sargeant if he ended up in the wall again.
