Starting Racing

I would start kart racing, as it is the least expensive and best way to get the feel of things and decide if racing is something you want to pursue.

The other way to get started is to go to a school like Barber or Panoz. You can learn the basics about driving as well as gauge if you even want to go further.

Then decide what your goals are.

Learn all you can about how sponsorship deals really work.
It is much different than most people think.

Do the above and then maybe you can worry about trying to race in Europe.
