Ironically, Herbert won that one because Fisichella (and DC) slid off while leading, not to mention Frentzen breaking down, Ralf puncturing, Hakkinen botching the strategy, as well as the famous Ferrari pitstop snafu.
Realistically, that might have been Giancarlo's biggest chance. It'll be terirbly unfair if he never does win, but its becoming less likely that a top team will pick him up.
