I spoke with Oak Racing's Christophe Chapelain on Friday and he indicated the ACO had told them they would issue the 2014 regulations before the end of this year. Furthermore, he said 2014 would be all closed top, and, by the sounds of it, a Group-C esque fuel efficiency formula (as we heard a few months back).
