So now they would have at best 2 jokers left, possibly just 1 (assuming they used 1 previously, for season 2023?), with an entirely revised car. It sounds like this is somehow more feasible route than going through the entire homologation process and a new crash test.
(The maximum amount of jokers is 5, regardless of amount of car homologations (maximum 2)).
