I did some Googling and it came up with:
Hy-Vee is an employee-owned chain of supermarkets in the Midwestern and Southern United States, with more than 280 locations in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and soon Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Iowa is owned by NASCAR. In this article from Forbes, it said the track was rundown, in disarray and needed repairs.

I'm unclear on the rules. Since there is only one qualifying session for the two races, and no major chassis changes are allowed between qualifying and the first race - does that mean nothing can be changed between the race on Saturday and the race on Sunday? If so it seems like a real crap shoot on setup for the weekend as a whole.
