There are an awful lot of drivers in Cup, xfinity and Trucks who are not there because of talent.
Thankfully some are.
I look at Gibbs and Penske's xfinity rosters in particular and think oh my. I hope the good Lord will ensure they don't ever waste a Cup ride.
