I suspect someone will stream the race on Justin.tv. No guarantees of course, but at least you wouldn't have to pay (since a pro account is recommended for longer viewing) until you can confirm someone indeed is streaming.

I watched this year's Indianapolis 500 that way and other than some buffering every once in a while it worked quite well.
