Do the Discovery + (ent & sport) direct with them for the £6.99 month in UK
Use through a Firestick and now have an unltd sim card and router as time split split between locations in UK (and have ditched broadband and expensive internet that wasn't that great plus TV package especially as not there quite a bit).
