I'm sure about Tertre Rouge, both inside and outside has special wheelchair platforms.
The tunnel under the track between Esses and Tertre Rouge has stairs and a slope for wheelchairs.
Not 100% sure about Dunlop Chicane, I believe there is the same kind of platform at the Museum side of Dunlop chicane.
