minimangler should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
i don't think the ACO's claim that a works petrol could win is partciularly accurate- the rules are definitely diesel fixed.
if they were equivalent, we'd probably see a petrol win, wouldn't we?
or am i all wrong?
