The tram runs close to tertre rouge corner and you can both get of and get on there, the enterance to the circuit is very close to the stop and you can walk alongside the track watching the cars to the dunlop bridge very easy.
The trams will be running on qualy days and will be reasonably full but should not be as serious a problem as race days. After the race the trams will be full but not to bad especially if you hang aroung for a while after.
If you get a parking ticket you can use it on all days
