Norberto Fontana. In the days he raced in F1 he had many potential to do more than he did in his four races... and was a terrible shame that he failed to secure drives at Tyrrell and Minardi later, mostly if he was capable to did more than Tuero or Mazzacane. Despite his mediocre F3000 and CART races (in midfield teams with no much support) he returned to his good form and he is the reigning champion and one of the principal names in the Argentinian TC2000.
