You need one to a vehicle (4 people to a pitch, it says here, but I have the feeling they won't be all that fussy about counting.) The best way to get them now is to go through an agency. I recommend Airtrack. (They have a web site).
P.S. The best place to put this kind of inquiry is "Trackside." Just for future reference.
