If they had lighter cars they could reduce the aero a bit too. I don't really think the cars need 1800+kg of downforce.
My laundry list of changes is something like;
- Reduce to 700kg or lighter if possible
- Lower front wing by 100mm
- Reduce surface area of front and rear wings by 50%
