Your question demands checking of the ACO books, I'll do it this week-end ; the 1995 (rain, rain, rain) and 2001 races (showers, showers, showers) are the main
races of the last years, but the 1992 (or 1993 ? With Peugeot anyway) started under a storm too... we had also time under safety-cars during 1999 and 2000 race due to wrecks (Boutsen) or burning cars (Tinseau) which slowed the race significantely...
To Garrett, I assume that there's almost no record that couldn't be beaten... including this one...
