agree, the road car approach of creating a vast number of models has confused me no end - surely it’s diluting the brand, which is still incredibly young in covetable sports car terms. not sure how much of it was driven by the desire to compete in the gt racing market, but it feels like the answer is “a lot”.
i wonder how much of the expansion was driven by business plans to creditors that promised that kind of demand and expansion to get the money.
