Yeah, it says they're doing it on the stadium side.

http://youtu.be/CzI93pMhaLM?t=38s , I think the track widening is not likely to have an effect on the line through TR, as the apex comes much earlier.
Maybe they won't be able to carry as much speed through the corner as before, but the effect should be minimal. There's plenty of room on driver's left there.
