Rocky was great, but so were all the Audi pilots, not just those in #9. I would suggest that despite all the pre-race criticism, the Audi lineup this year was the best-balanced set of 3 trios they have ever fielded. All the drivers in all 3 cars seemed to be able to keep nearly the same pace, a real difference from the previous year. Dumas and Bernhard in particular lived up to everyone's expectations a year late, and all 3 newbies were quite solid and made that car the fastest of the 3 outright.
There were a couple of rocky moments for #7 - Kristensen's controversial shunt and Allan biffing the back of one of the AMR cars into the first chicane - and similarly for #8 - Lotterer's outbraking into Arnage and someone, maybe Fassler, having a moment in the middle of the night at the first chicane - that were caught by the TV cameras. In the grand scheme of things, however, they all did a good job keeping clean noses and the car underneath them.
Kudos to all the lads!
