FIA would immediately oppose this as
- It wouldn't be a standardized 6 hour distance
- Norisring or those others ain't Grade 1
- No two kilometre wide asphalt runoffs in every direction

And ACO would give some excuse of it not being traditional and how they need to build up on existing races or some crap
