Yes, I too wrote a thesis on traffic management around the periphery of the circuit and sent it to them.
I do think they're limited in what they can do about traffic circulation, and they've effectively admitted that by asking us to put our ideas in their 'suggestions box'.
It's hard to know, of course, but I do wonder if the change of use of much of the 'Bleu' area might actually improve traffic flow on Boulevard des Italiens during the race. Remains to be seen, but there's definitely the likelihood we're all going to get stuck in the 24 Heures de Gridlock too.
Probably best to all take a wander down to Tertre Rouge and partake in the 24 Heures des Bieres with Simon instead...?
