Is the survey a derrière couvrant exercise?
Without a super efficient park and ride and loads of free parking being added or an extended fast tram type transit system (not possible) surely changing all the main road and parking is just going to badly wrong from midday on Saturday or earlier
Sold out months ago so survey could have been done months ago - probably just over 30 working days to go now.
