I would assume it's probably a 9 hour time difference in your case.
As always, there are time zone converters on the internet you can use to make sure, after looking at the track location on a map site and zooming out to see the nearest big city presumably in the same time zone as the track.
As I type this, I'm seeing a countdown to the start of live streaming on youtube.
