i am sure you are right, but you must remember that a large percentage of those marshals are not young and camping in June is very dfferent to camping towards the end of september, and many will not want to travel and plqce themselves at risk. With no overseas marshals and other factors you can see why the ACO are having trouble getting enough marshals, they need at least a thousand for the whole course.
