I agree, although it can be dangerous to turn up in an old car. I once got interviewed there! I think they thought I might be interesting, but it turns out I was just in an interesting ‘60s car.
Best year though was when I was there for the afternoon and then in the parade in the evening. To get to the town we had an escort from the Harley Davidson guys. Absolutely fantastic. They shot off ahead and then cordoned off each roundabout! Legends.
