i think the p2 driver market in general is going to be even more competitive for the quick ones. there's a LOT of gold drivers sniffing around looking for short deals with not a lot of budget to put themselves in a good position for the hypercar market to kick off in '23. wrt might be the obvious shout but they're really expensive.
Exactly bella, and of that list United has the greatest experience with the tinkering, and the drivers who know the cars. To think Penske will suddenly have the vast book of knowledge on day 1 is to completely ignore the reason for the testing. Remember, while they have run the Oreca with Acura it does not have the same engine or suspension bits as the P2 car uses.
