Are we talking realistically or whatever we'd prefer?
'cos I'd naturally choose Cadwell Park - not just because it's picturesque, but also 'cos it's barely 20 mins down the road lol... well, I'm sure it would get better promotion and support than Silverstone would ever bother to give!! I can imagine the carnage at The Mountain already...
Back to realism, and I'd say Assen, or somewhere like Mugello, Dijon or even Imola - somewhere in the middle of central Europe, where the larger support is (which is why I say Assen mainly). LMS needs to think about crowd sizes, too. I also think they should ditch Istanbul for another European event - just until the crowd sizes and the series status grows.
