Anyway I disagree on visuals, it's 'fine' but the P1s looked much better (except for the newer R18 and TS040 which looked horrible)

That's interesting. Admittedly I dip in and out of regs/BOP news but I was always under the impression that the Ford was massively hamstrung by the regs in order to keep it level with the rest of the GTEs. It certainly gives the impression of being far more advanced that the others in class.
Separate question: Do the hypercars not need to have a shark fin for blowover safety?
