There must be, otherwise we would be going backwards. There has been official feed in previous years - usually announced in very short notice - on ACO Failymotion (now probably Youtube too) official page. Static cam from start/finish straight and if lucky other corners. They used to be low res CCTV from 201X-2013 but last year proper HD IIRC? Also occasionally they switch to some ACO bunker for boring talking heads but who cares for those when there are cars on track.
Last year they had static cam feed already on Saturday when the cars lined up for traditional full grid promo shoot. It was rather interesting to follow from distance and silence.
