My understanding from the ACO is that there will be a full stream. I guess similar to the ELMS full streams on YT.

Fans rest assured, the ACO will offer them an exceptional device to follow the race, from a distance, including a digital platform to discover behind the scenes of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

That could just mean the app, but I sincerely hope not.
