Worst case scenario would be to pay for Eurosport Player (8 euro or similar) and cancel it immediately after the race.
OK, that's still 8 euro, but if that is neede to follow the entire race, then so be it.
(I did it this way the last 2 years)
Of course, free streaming woule be even better.
