It's very simple! The BRSCC runs two MX5 championships, one for the older Mk1 cars and one for the current Mk3 model (the supercup referred to by the OP).
BARC operates one championship (Max5) that mixes the two models on a single grid.
That's it!...There is no other MX5 racing!
