Go ask TMG and Multimatic's aero departments. Because wind tunnel testing is part of the homologation process now you just have to have the car wind tunnel or CFD certified to meet the aerodynamic stability targets rather than mandating specific features to make sure any car can. How achievable that will be without the existing devices isn't something any of us are qualified to answer.
