I was thinking the same thing, and that car is the only surprise on the list to me! They planned on running it at Daytona but crashed during the Roar and couldn't source the needed parts. I guess they have had time to come up with the money to find them
All in all though I don't think the chassis is going to hurt their result that much, they weren't going to be fighting for the podium in all likelyhood.
