Indeed the LMP 2 class has been much more competitve this year IMO. A example of this would be the excellent 4th overall for Paul Belmondo racing's Courage C65 beating both the works LMP 1 courage and Creation DBA and works Zytek. The LMP 2 class had potential to be a disaster, fortunately however the opposite has happened IMO and the class is really beginning to shine.
