The party mode ban will certainly alleviate a bit of the Ferrari embarrassment in front of those seething empty stands.
Personally I hope Mercedes dominate more now. They worked hard overcoming that dodgy Ferrari engine last year and should reap the rewards. I can't stand mid-season rule changes like this so now I say sod competitiveness.
