Why does it sound like you still have this idea that it is going to be a top class or equivalent enough for overall. As mentioned in that link they're targeting "GT3 levels of performance" for the current H24 project.

For the H24 project which after all is just a modified ADESS LMP3. Probably not for the actual 'class'

The ACO’s proposed zero emissions regulations, currently due for 2024/25 are set to target performance levels for the new cars at the same level as the forthcoming revised ‘Hypercar’ ruleset.
