Enterprise Chamber rules in favour of Spyker Cars N.V.

Zeewolde, 28 December 2007 – Today the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal (Ondernemingskamer) ruled in AFM's challenge of Spyker Cars N.V.'s financial accounts 2006. The Enterprise Chamber ruled on all accounts in favour of Spyker Cars N.V., manufacturer of exclusive premium sports cars. As a consequence Spyker does not have to restate its 2006 financial accounts.

The Enterprise Chamber confirms that Spyker Cars N.V.'s 2006 financial accounts provide a true and fair view in all material aspects in accordance with IFRS as adopted by the European Union.

Victor Muller, Spyker Cars CEO said: “Having announced the successful completion of our refinancing with Snoras Bank last Friday, this is the
second major step towards restoring confidence in our company”.
