jna should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Belmondo did not have the luck with him – other than I gather that neither of his cars covered the last lap within six minutes but were still classified.

My post is a request to those who know the rules better than me and can perhaps clarify two issues regarding the Rollcentre #8 car.

1) It was threatened with disqualification if it did not complete a lap within one hour of the start.

2) When interviewed by Radio Le Mans, a team member was unaware of a rule that if the car did not complete a certain percentage of the overall leader’s laps by midday it would be disqualified.

Neither myself, nor the person I have travelled with to nineteen Le Mans have ever heard of these rules before.

Would be interest to hear from somebody on these points. Thanks.
