Yes there are untalented drivers who never develop into anything. But there are talented drivers that are just in the wrong place, the wrong car, or are personally in the wrong place in their development. Give the guy a chance to prove which group he belonged to. He may do very well in CART.
I think I remember reading that a few years back Liz, didn't JV get chucked straight into F3 in Italy without any FFord or anything ?
