It is 12:44 AM right now in France.
But yes, i agree that the list was discussed before the 12:00 AM time in France. My site did not post the list until the embargo was lifted (at 12:00 AM GMT +1 time)
I remember we had a similar issue happen last year too (people/sites posting the list before the embargo was lifted)
